Where has mine disappeared to?!  In my first attempt to get out of bed this morning, I moved slightly, pulled a groin muscle and yelped in pain.  It took me 20 minutes to work up the nerve to try to get up again.  Oy.

Have you found any stretches that have helped you with your flexibility?
