Has anyone else been hearing a lot about the Paleo diet recently? I’m eager to learn more about it. Tonight on Mamavation TV, (10pm EST/7pm PST), Neely Quinn will be explaining and answering questions about the Paleo diet. Quinn is the author of “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Eating Paleo.” It’ll be really interesting.
Last week, I finished reading “Wheat Belly,” and eliminated wheat from my diet. In just one week, I’ve noticed that avoiding wheat has helped me to feel less hungry and bloated. Eggs or a cup of Chobani fills me up until lunchtime, no problem. I’m eager to see what happens if I continue following this diet – and, perhaps, if I incorporate the Paleo lifestyle.
Since C and I are both sick, and Hubster will be working a lot this week, I only have one goal. My goal for this week is to increase my water intake.

Great job eliminating wheat! I hope you feel better soon!
Thanks Sarah!
Woah. Eliminating wheat would be so hard for me. Kudos! I wonder what you replaced with? No sandwiches!?!?!?
lol, no sandwiches! I’ve been eating TONS of veggies – good thing it’s summer time and they’re plentiful.
Hope everyone feels better soon!!
Thanks Pam!
