Review: Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker

Making your own baby food can save you hundreds of dollars.  That was enough to persuade me!  I discovered that it’s actually a lot easier than it sounds, too.  I’m not super-conscious of eating organic foods, but I love knowing exactly what I’m feeding my son.

The Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker makes my life even easier.  With this little appliance, I can steam and blend C’s food in one step.  Making some peas?  Just fill the reservoir with water, pour the peas in the cup and set the steam and blend button to 20 minutes.  Voila, 20 minutes later I have a supply of pureed peas that I can pour into my ice cube trays.

I’ve made purees out of sweet potatoes, avocados, pears, carrots, squash and peas.  The Baby Brezza One Step Baby Food Maker has handled all of them with ease.  The appliance costs about $100 when you order from Amazon.  It’s easy to use, easy to clean and doesn’t take up much space.  When C is too old for purees, we’ll still be able to use it for other purposes.  It was a fantastic purchase!
